Dawo Powder’s Changsha (Liuyang) production base covers an area of over 50,000 square meters and features dust-free production workshops, an R&D and quality-control center, and a temperature- and humidity-controlled material storage center. The plant has an annual output of more than 10,000 tons of environmentally friendly thermosetting plastic powders. Davo Powder was born in response to market demands, focusing on core R&D and proudly launching the following products.
Ultra-weather-resistant fluorocarbon powder coating
This product series is based on fluorocarbon resin (PEVE), which boasts excellent weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It uses premium, weather-resistant inorganic ceramic pigments supplied by Shepherd Corporation of the United States, along with specially selected additives, and is produced through a unique manufacturing process to create FEVE fluorocarbon powder coatings. These coatings not only inherit the superior weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance characteristic of conventional FEVE fluorocarbon paints, but also emit no volatile organic compounds during application, fully meeting today’s stringent environmental protection requirements.
Bonding Metal Powder Coating
This product series is manufactured using our advanced metal bonding technology, giving the products exceptional batch-to-batch consistency and a metallic texture. At the same time, it is compatible with established formulation systems, enabling the coating to achieve a variety of textured effects.
120℃ Ultra-Low-Temperature Curing Powder Coating
This product series consists of low-temperature curing resin, an environmentally friendly curing agent, and appropriate amounts of additives and pigments, resulting in a powder coating that cures at 120°C. When applied to the surfaces of substrates such as steel, aluminum, and their alloys, this coating does not compromise the inherent ductility of the metal even under high-temperature baking conditions.
High-temperature resistant powder coating
This series represents a new generation of high-performance, environmentally friendly powder coatings specifically designed for extreme high-temperature environments. At its core, it breaks through the temperature limits of conventional coatings, enabling long-term resistance to severe conditions ranging from 600°C to 1200°C while maintaining outstanding physical and chemical stability under these demanding circumstances, thereby providing durable and reliable protection for the substrate.

R&D and Quality Management Center
The laboratory is equipped with a variety of physical, chemical, and functional testing instruments, including those for salt spray testing, gloss and color difference measurement, powder particle size analysis, powder flowability assessment, scratch resistance testing, and powder resistivity measurement. It also has a team of more than ten highly skilled technical and quality-control personnel.
Raw Material/Powder Storage and Handling
The storage and transportation of powders are delicate operations in industrial production. They require the implementation of targeted measures—such as moisture-proofing, explosion-proofing, anti-static treatment, and containment—based on the chemical and physical properties of the materials (e.g., particle size, density, flammability, and toxicity). The core objective is to ensure the safe, efficient, loss-free, and contamination-free transfer of materials from warehouses to production lines and across different processing stages. This is fundamental to maintaining production safety, ensuring stable product quality, and complying with environmental regulations.
Product Quality Inspection and Traceability Sample Database
When inspecting products leaving the warehouse, retain sample plates and establish an electronic record-keeping system. Include basic data such as product model, mill serial number, sampling sequence number, and production date. The retained samples shall be stored in the warehouse for one to two years, providing customers with the opportunity to improve product quality and receive ongoing technical support.
