The Davo D7B series products are fluorocarbon powder coatings based on polyvinylidene fluoride resin (PEVE), which boasts excellent weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. They are formulated using premium-grade inorganic ceramic pigments with exceptional weather resistance supplied by Shepherd Corporation of the United States, along with specially selected additives and manufactured through a unique process.     Storage conditions

    In an environment with a temperature below 30℃ and relative humidity below 60%, the shelf life is 6 months. If the shelf life exceeds 6 months, the product must undergo re-inspection before it can be used.

     

    Powder curing requirements

    220℃ for 10 minutes (workpiece temperature); for matte finishes, extend the duration by 5 minutes—refer to the product’s test report for details.

    Note: This product may interfere with other flat products when in use.

     

    Operation Process and Parameters

    Aluminum materials: undergo a multi-step chromate treatment, and finally require rinsing with deionized water followed by drying. Please notify us in advance so we can make adjustments to suit your specific requirements.
