Davo V 100

This series of products is a thermosetting powder coating composed primarily of saturated resin, supplemented with necessary pigments, fillers, and additives, and produced through melt extrusion and grinding. It boasts excellent physical and chemical properties. Depending on requirements, this series can be formulated into products with different curing temperatures (140℃ to 180℃). This series exhibits outstanding machinability, making it particularly suitable for automotive engine cylinder blocks or castings that require post-coating machining operations.

    Storage conditions

    Shelf life: 6 months. For low-temperature curing types, refrigerate below 25°C.

     

    Spraying requirements

    180℃ for 15 minutes (workpiece temperature)

         

    Operation Process and Parameters

    After degreasing, the castings are subjected to shot blasting.
