Bonding Metal Powder Coating
This product series employs a third-generation imported metal bonding process, using highly reflective 360-degree metallic pigments that are seamlessly blended with the base powder, resulting in a metallic shimmering coating that rivals the effect of paint. The product series boasts a wide range of colors and a strong metallic texture, making it extremely popular in the market.
Product features: Strong metallic shimmer effect, comparable to metal paints, and boasts exceptionally high decorative appeal. Stable application performance; recycled powder can be used together with new powder. Super-weather-resistant powder coating
This product series is based on ultra-weather-resistant polyester resin from Covestro (formerly DSM) and uses imported weather-resistant inorganic pigments. It ensures the coating remains intact and maintains color stability even under harsh outdoor conditions characterized by high UV exposure and elevated temperatures. This product series boasts excellent weather resistance and superior scratch resistance of the coating.
Product Features: Complies with GB/T 5237.4 Class II; meets Qualicoat Class and AAMA 2603 architectural standards, with 15-year coating integrity and 10-year color stability.
Fluorocarbon powder coating
This product series is made from fluorine-containing resins, uses ultra-weather-resistant inorganic pigments, and incorporates special additives to elevate powder coatings to a level that directly rivals high-performance liquid fluorocarbon coatings—while offering superior environmental friendliness, abrasion resistance, and cost-effectiveness compared to conventional fluorocarbon paints. This product series boasts exceptional weather resistance and color stability. Product specifications: Complies with GB/T 5237.4 Class III; Qualicoat Class II, AAMA 2604; 20-year coating integrity guarantee; 15-year color stability warranty.
