The 3rd Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition was successfully held from May 12 to 15, 2023, at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and the Changsha International Conference Center.
It is reported that, after being held for two consecutive sessions, the Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition has risen to the ranks of world-class trade shows. This year's Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition will attract 1,500 companies from around the globe, showcasing more than 20,000 different products.
A leader in the powder coating industry— Hunan Davo Environmental New Materials Co., Ltd. We have long been a high-quality supplier for numerous construction machinery enterprises, and since our establishment, our company has become a well-known and indispensable part of the supporting industrial chain for companies in the construction machinery industry. As one of the key exhibitors at this exhibition, Davo Company—both at the corporate level and among all its employees—successfully launched our flagship new product through meticulous planning and preparation. True ultra-low-temperature curing powder coating!
Davos Company’s expertise and solutions have made significant contributions to enterprises in the construction machinery industry, impressing all the exhibiting companies present!

The industry’s pioneer: 120℃ ultra-low-temperature curing powder coating!

Current Market Status of Ultra-Low-Temperature Curing Powder Coatings:
1. Compared to conventional products cured at 180–200℃, the powder coatings currently available on the market that cure at ultra-low temperatures (≤130℃) exhibit significantly poorer leveling performance, thereby detracting from the aesthetic appeal of mechanical equipment.
2. Poor weather resistance—limited to indoor and semi-outdoor applications only. Lacking weather resistance, it cannot meet the outdoor operating conditions of construction machinery equipment.
Pain points in the application of powder coatings for construction machinery:
1. Currently, the general curing temperature for powder coatings used in construction machinery is between 180°C and 200°C, resulting in high energy consumption. 2. Construction machinery components tend to be relatively thick, which leads to a long heating-up time required to reach the process temperature, thereby extending the overall curing time and reducing production line efficiency. 3. Under the same curing parameters, some thick components may not cure adequately, leading to reduced adhesion. 4. After being removed from the curing oven, thick components cannot cool down rapidly, necessitating the use of powerful cooling systems that increase energy consumption and prolong the cooling period.
5. After quenching, concrete delivery pump pipes should not be subjected to further high-temperature baking. When using powder coatings on delivery pump pipes, if the curing temperature is too high, it can cause expansion and contraction of the material at different locations within the pipe. This phenomenon leads to residual stresses. As a result, after subsequent heat baking, the surface layer of the workpiece may exhibit slight shape deformation and cracking, and its hardness will significantly decrease, thereby reducing the service life of the delivery pump pipe.
Performance of 120℃ Ultra-Low-Temperature Curing Powder Coating Products:

Cured at an ultra-low temperature of 120℃, significantly reducing energy consumption, improving efficiency, and preserving the inherent hardness of steel!
Excellent aesthetic performance effectively addresses the issue of rapid line-off for thick workpieces in summer, reducing or lowering energy consumption caused by the use of intensive cooling systems.
Value of 120℃ ultra-low-temperature curing powder coating products:
Green and sustainable development—greatly reducing the high energy consumption associated with powder coating in the construction machinery industry; durable product protection—with outstanding outdoor aging resistance; superior quality assurance—excellent product appearance and mechanical performance, reducing quality risks and extending the service life of end customers’ equipment; enhanced coating efficiency—increasing production rates per unit of time.
Comprehensive cost savings—The energy consumption reduction, quality improvement, and enhanced coating production efficiency brought about by ultra-low-temperature curing technology can effectively lower customers’ overall costs.

Through this exhibition—a platform for showcasing—Dawo Company has refreshed its brand image, highlighted its brand strength, and earned both market acclaim and customer trust, creating a sensation during the exhibition.
Dear friends who have traveled from afar, the exhibition has now concluded successfully. As always, beautiful moments are fleeting. We’d like to thank you all for your continuous and strong support of our company, Davo. See you again next time!
Finally, I wish all the companies present: great success and continuous prosperity!
